Processing Time: 

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

RETURN POLICY

We strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

All return/exchange must be sent back within 5 working days. Returns and exchanges are only applicable to purchases made within Malaysia.

Maah Studio accept and borne the return/exchange shipping fee with the below condition only:

1. Major defects

2. Wrong item sent

3. Wrong size /colour sent

• Items must not be used, worn, washed, signs of staining, scents from perfume/fragrances/detergent and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Slight colour variation/minor imperfections (loose threads,uncut stitching strings etc.) are not considered as defects. 

• Colour fade,color stain,torn and size shrinking caused by inappropriate washing methods are not considered as defect items too.

• All returns have to be done within 5 working days after return confirmation has been sent. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be accepted. 

• If the return does not meet our policy requirements, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Please note that SALE / Discounted items are not returnable nor exchangeable.

HOW TO RETURN

Step 1:

Email us at maahstudio@gmail.com or Instagram chat with the following details, please await for our confirmation email reply before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 2:

Pack the item(s) in an appropriate packaging to prevent it from being stained/damaged during transit. You may use any plastic packaging, polymailer or the original packaging.

Step 3:

Once you receive our confirmation, please ship the parcel within 5 working days. 

TERMS & CONDITION

1. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a proper polymailer packaging to prevent any damages.

2. In the event that your exchange includes an item that is out of stock, we will refund the amount of the item .

3. Returns/exchanges are not covered for overseas orders.

4. Maah Studio reserves the right to reject any request of exchange or return in certain circumstances.
